Motion theme section size

Hi I want to reduce the size of the sections preferably individually so you see more of the site at once.

I like the size of the background movie. I think the header above could be smaller and all the sections below smaller as well some more than others.

To reduce header size add this to your css:

.site-header {
padding: 0px;

}
