My shopping cart is not responsive and greyed out

do you know why it does that?

when i press the shopping cart i cant press anything in that..

i think it is because of the tidio chat for some reason but i really dont know!

happens in mobile+desktop versions.

help!

Its css(z-index) issue!
in frame.scss file, update z-index to 9999 for #slidedown-cart

please go to Online store -> themes
In live theme, Click on "Actions" and select edit code
then search file "frame"
in that file, search for "#slidedown-cart" and change z-index from 999 to 9999
