Narrative Theme with slideshow video

Hi

I am using the video slide in the slideshow section for my home page. The video auto-plays on the desktop view and it does not play on the mobile view, it's only a black slide. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, same problem here.
With Narrative’s Video Slideshow it loses a lot of quality on desktop, on mobile devices the video doesn’t even start.
