Narrative theme: Highlight section - adjust border size?

How do you get the border around the photo or the photo in the border? I've looked everywhere in the edit code, but can't find it.

I checked your logo. The screenshot that you have shown exact section I saw above the footer. Could you please tell me what exactly you want?

It is the Highlight section. The border goes right through the gift card. Is it possible to adjust the width of the border? I would like to keep the border, but the gift card should fall within the border.
