Navigation menu bulk add to collection

HI guys,

I'm setting up my first shopify site and would just like some help on menu navigation.

I'm adding a Menu item called Brands, and in here I'm going to add all the brands (which are currently set as individual collections) I have on my site.  As there are a few, is there a way to bulk add these instead of one by one and is there a way to alphabetically sort the menu after?

Maybe there is an app that can do this if default setup cannot?
