Need drop down menu help with venture theme

In my top bar menu on my shopify Venture theme page I have 9 Menu items, all nicely spaced across the top. I have successfully made the first two menu items have "Drop down menus" but what happens when i try to make the 3rd menu item a drop down menu is it compresses all of the menu items into one item that says "Menu" and when you click it , it turns into a side bar. It's very frustrating does anyone have any suggestions ?

Hello @52weekendsup,1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->theme.scss.liquid->paste bellow code in bottom of file

I pasted the code below and when I refresh my website it shows the menu items along the top for a fraction of a second then when it finishes reloading it goes straight back to the side bar menu again. Can you please help me get it to stay on the top
