Need help changing cart notification to solid color in Debut theme

The notification is transparent and I want to change it to white color.

I tried to follow the older question but It doesn't work.

I just want it to be a solid white.

What's your website and the password, if your website is password view locked.

Put the below code at the end of your theme.css file, in your asset folder

.cart-popup {
    background-color: #fff;
}
