Need help with themes that are mobile friendly

Hi, I need help with themes that are mobile-friendly because I didn't realize I purchased a theme I worked on but it's not as mobile-friendly when shopping. i notice you have to flip the phone screen to see and even so you dont see all of my content properly.  I dont like it and I feel like i wasted my money. could you assist with themes that maybe work better for mobile and thats clean and creative.
