Need to remove the Add to Card and add In Store Only

I need to remove the Add to Cart Button on Certain Products and Have it say In-Store Only and redirect to our store page

To do so you have to create a new product template. Please check the following guide that will help.

With the new template when you copy the code of the default product template. Just change the button code. 

That should work for you. 

Important: when you edit a product from the right sidebar template dropdown you have to select this new create template not show the add to cart button.
