I have a "Newsletter" signup that I reworded to "Subscribe to Receive Emails on New Arrivals!" , at the bottom of my page. But when someone puts their email and signs up, I'm not seeing them in my email subscribers list on my customer admin. It's like nothing is happening , u just put ur email and the info disappears, the only way i'm getting email subscribers are by people signing up on the landing page if I have a password to the website, or when they checkout , they put their email. I'm Miles from the Social Care team at Shopify. It can be really frustrating when something doesn't work the way you intend it to. As your store is password protected, I was unable to trial submitting an email address on the main site. I did notice a pop-up though, which leads me to ask if the emails not being submitted correctly are part of that third-party app at all? If so, there may be a missing link between the app and your Shopify account. I recommend reaching out directly to the app developer if this is the case.
