Hyde here from Shopify.

That's an interesting idea! However, Shopify's system is set up so that the only person who can cancel an order is the store owner or staff with the right permissions. There is currently no workaround for this. You could try consulting Shopify Experts for advice, they may be able to develop a custom solution for you, or may have access to an already existing integration that I'm unaware of.

Is there a particular reason why you want customers to cancel their order themselves?
