Overwrite the home page

Hi there, i need to add an home-page of an existing website that contains two different sections pointing two different websites, the first section will be linked to the current shopify website whit his own home page and structure, while the other one point another url for another website.

Is it possible to overwrite the current homepage whit the new one maintaining the current homepage and website one level behind?
