Password Page: Header logo blurry on mobile but not desktop

Currently using the pop theme. My site is www.effulgencesf.com if you need to see the image (also attached below). 

Please help! Talked to a handful of Spotify reps, but none of them solved it.

your logo image blurry just reduce logo size 200px on admin theme setting it's look much better desktop and mobile also

@KetanKumar Thanks for you reply! After more troubleshooting here's more clarification on the issue:

In admin theme setting, when I set header to max width 2048px, it looks clear on both desktop and mobile. However the size is too large for desktop, but the size + quality is there for mobile. Anyway to reduce the size for desktop and don't lose quality for mobile?
