Hi! I came across this amazing idea:

You have these photo's with small 'dots,' as soon as your mouse is on it a small summary appears. See photo.

How cool is that!

Is there a theme / app / possibility to do this?

It is basically a tooltip component. I have something that may help but may need some CSS tweaks to make it look like on your example.
