Hi, Flipdome Team!

This is May from Shopify.

I had the pleasure to take a look at your store, and I think your website’s layout and color palette looks very clean and easy to navigate. You’re definitely off to a good start. I do have a few suggestions on how you can improve. Let’s go over them!

First off, I'd like to mention that encouraging your customers to engage on Instagram is a brilliant idea! Not only it is a great way to spread the word about your brand, but it is also as a way to show gratitude to your customers!

I personally think you can remove ‘Search’ on your navigation menu, since you already have a search function on your header. Scrolling down through your homepage, I noticed that your product images have different sizes (slideshow and ‘Collection List’ images). In my opinion, your website could look cleaner if you keep the image size consistent.

I also noticed an identical issue on your collections page, for example your necklaces collections

Moving on to your product pages, I have to say that I love the ‘frequently bought together’ feature! Another great marketing strategy there! Overall, your product page is well put together, however, I see some inconsistency with your product description section. Some products have shipping and delivery details on it, some have ‘Our Guarantee’, and some have neither, but a really good product description such as this bag. I recommend having a consistent product description to improve the overall customer experience. I also suggest double checking your product descriptions to avoid missing contents for example, this hat.

On your ‘#SALE’ page, I noticed that not all of your sale items are listed on that page. Some sale items that are not on that page include some watches, rings, hats, etc. I am uncertain if you set this up on purpose, but if you mean to showcase all your sale items on that page, you will want to double check and make sure that all your sale items appear on that page. ?

Last but not least, I’d like to mention that you’ve done a fantastic job with your pages, such as your ‘Terms of Service’, ‘Privacy Policy’, ‘Shipping Information’, and ‘Refund Policy’. One thing I’d like to add is, you might want to consider adding ‘Shipping Information’ on your footer menu, since most online shoppers will most likely check the footer menu if they are looking for these kind of information. Finally, your FAQ link on the footer menu links to your ‘Customer Support’ page, you might want to change that as well.

Hi there Flipdome team!

Your store looks great and I really like the colors you chose. I would suggest you try the Flashchat app, which will help you recover abandoned carts through messenger. It will definitely help you make some extra sales for free!
