I am looking to customize the footer for our website (www.solare-shop.com).
I want to add a clickable image - I found this code:
<div class="grid-item one-tenth text-left" style="margin-left: -40px"> <a href="https://instagram.com/solare_shop"><img src="https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2501/0600/files/hive-IG.png?v=1582060232" alt="solare instagram" /><a> </div>
and inserted into footer.liquid, but no matter how I edit the "grid-item", the size of the image stays the same? I need the image to appear smaller.
Secondly, I'd like to adjust spacing between elements in the footer. There is a lot of space between each element currently - making it expand larger than I'd like.
you will have to add widht and height to your img tag, i.e.:
<img src="https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2501/0600/files/hive-IG.png?v=1582060232" alt="solare instagram" height="100" width="100"/>
To change the style of the footer, you will have to check on your css for the class "Footer__Block" and change the margins as you want the elements to appear.
