Hi

Is it possible to remove add to cart on the product page where products are able to be personalised?

Is it possible to display the Customisation in the cart rather than CustomisedID?

Lastly, is it possible to change the PERSONALIZE DESIGN button text to PERSONALISE DESIGN?

Here are Answers:
1- Is it possible to remove add to cart on the product page where products are able to be personalised?
Yes Possible

2- Is it possible to display the Customisation in the cart rather than CustomisedID?
Yes you can display customization as property 

3- Lastly, is it possible to change the PERSONALIZE DESIGN button text to PERSONALISE DESIGN?
Yes Just make a duplicate product template and assign that template to personalized product, then within duplicate template you can change button texts.
