Product Filter & Search makes the page refresh twice

When I installed Product Filter & Search.
When the page is opened, there will be two quick refreshes, one is the original product arrangement. One is the product arrangement of the app.

This caused the speed to slow down a lot, and when I clicked in the product and then backed up. He will return to the title position of the previous page. It's not like returning to the previous position.

The filter looks like it works on javascript, unfortunately, this is the case with most apps, it works on the frontend, so it changes the backend look after loading.

Unfortunately the best way to not make this happen is find another app or you would need to make the element yourself
