Product Recommendation by Tag

Hello! I'm using the code found here https://shopify.github.io/liquid-code-examples/example/recommended-products-by-tag to pull related products by product tag. I'm not sure why, but it's only pulling some of the items that are tagged, not all of them.

All of the product settings are available, so I'm not sure why it would pull some and not the others. If anyone has some advice, that would be great.

It only shows one of the many recommended products. (Based on tags)
