I have made the foolish mistake of not making a copy of my theme before editing the code, I have very little knowledge of programming and im hoping someone might be able to help me out.
I'm using the Debutify 2.0.2 Theme. I tried changing the Product Thumbnail Slider to simple dots instead of image previews with the following instructions :

When i click on the image thumbnail the product image does not change anymore, and i believe there was also 2 arrows on each side to slide pictures.
I have tried reconstructing the code after failing to implement the changes and it now looks as following:
