Product Title - Hiding part of product title

Hello Community,

We have a tremendous amount of products for our website and all of them are customizable items. We are using SKUs at the end of our product titles for separating each item for connecting them with Customily app. In this way, we can divide all the items but we don't want to show our SKU's on product pages, is there any way to hide the product titles partially? Can I keep the SKUs in the name but hide them from the customers?

We are using the Empire theme, and the URL is www.giftshire.com but it is mostly under construction cause we stuck at the start.
