RE-DESIGNING HEADER

Hello,

I want to change my header.

Please checkout my current header through here. Currently there are two rows; icons and logo on the upper, and menu items is on the lower.

I want to change it to one row  with following details;

• "Loupe" brand name on left.
• Menu Items on the center
• login and shopping cart icons on the right

I am also sharing an example below.

Looking for someone who could help with this.
