Line above specific section

Hi. I  have made a section on my shopify website www.crownjewels.shop and I need help adding a line above this specific section. Can someone please help. I have attached a screenshot.

Thanks for post 

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
this code apply for after 5 - 6 second

Hi, thanks this works. Is there a way to change the size/height for mobile view though?
