Reduce Padding/Spacing between top/bottom of sections - Cascade Theme

Please add the following code at the bottom of your assets/theme.scss.liquid file.

@media only screen and (min-width: 990px)
.section-with-padding { padding-top: 3.25rem !important; padding-bottom: 3.25rem !important; }
}

So the only place I can find that has a similar name to the location you describe is assets/theme.css.liquid

It's missing the s... not sure if that's the same location? The code you provided does not work in the above section.
