Reduce spacing after newsletter box

Trying to remove blank space in between bottom of newsletter sign up box and first product listing

Have tried using previous advice but I don't seem to have a theme.scss.liquid page in the Asset folder

Using Debut theme

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
this code apply for after 5 - 6 second
