Reducing size of gap between Blog Title and Main image - NO CODING EXPERIENCE - BE GENTLE

Please can someone help?

The gap between my blog title and the main image is large and I'd like to reduce the size slightly. I've been doing this in a makeshift way by editing the top margin on the main image to do this.

However, when I do this, it seems to greatly reduce the size of the image as a whole, so it no longer looks the right size to be a leading image.

Please can you give me clear instructions on how to amend this for myself? I've no real coding experience, but I am able to following clear, detailed instructions.

The problem's still there - I've just been faffing with a makeshift work around by editing the top margin on the pictures every time I blog, but it's such a pain. Pic attached of issue with a blog that's currently in my draft folder.

You won't see the issue on any of my published blogs - as I say, I have a very longwinded work around by editing the top margin of the hero image. Later on, I'll publish my latest blog as is, so you can see, however, in the meantime, the pictures I've attached previously show the blog preview with the problem clear to see.

Ok I've published blog as it is, showing the issue with the large gap. Please can you advise?
