Hi! I have a YouTube video embedded in my homepage slider and I'm trying to remove related videos from appearing after the video is done playing. I've tried adding ?rel=0 to the end of the link, but that's not changing anything.
Here is my youtube code:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/oTa7EEYq4gg?cc_load_policy=1?rel=0" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>
And here is a link to the page:
Hi, @kvanlent ,
This is Evita from On The Map.
Unfortunately, this is not possible anymore.
Google recently released a new update to the way some of their embed code parameters work, and unfortunately, that means when you try to share it, the option to disable or remove these related videos has completely gone. Google believes that related videos are an essential part of its UI (user interface) and are now promoting the feature.
I have been looking for the same answer to your question presented below. I have also used the "?rel=0" with no luck - it makes my videos refer to my own related videos. I looked on your webpage and noticed that you solved the issue with your homepage video and was wondering how you did that?
