Remove language switcher

Hello Guys 

Does anyone know how to remove the language switch at the bottom of the eshop? I don't have any translation app installed. I tried some instructions but I couldn't find the right code anywhere.

In shopify, standard translation can only be provided by APPs. If you dont have any translation app then you should remove that translation option.

path: online store->themes->action->edit code->assets->theme.scss.liquid

I think this is an app issue. Add me as staff so that i can remove it from root.
