Removing Sidebar Menu from Mobile

I am using the Responsive theme by Out of the Sandbox. I have added a sidebar to my collections page but I do not want the sidebar to appear in mobile. How can I hide or remove it from appearing on mobile? Thanks

Install this App:  Just use free version:

Then add this code to the apps Custom CSS page, Scroll down to add code for different screen widths:

display: none;
}
