Removing a color from "Filter by color" option on collection pages

I am facing an issue and it seems like nobody can help me. The Shopify support told me to contact the Flow theme creator, the Flow theme team told me to contact Shopify support...

The store link is www.motogotin.com.

So I need to remove a color from the "Filter by color" option on the collection pages. I tried with following the steps:

1) Open up your products within the admin.
2) Click on the small white box to select your products.
3) Select "Actions."
4) Click on "Remove Tags.

The tag was removed for half an hour, then it appeared again.

Is there someone who can help me with this issue?

The website is in Bulgarian only, there is no English or Russian.

We want to remove the first color which is in Latin, not Cyrillic. It is a non-sense word.

@DillyanaHAre you sure you removed the tags from all the products? When i filter on this color, it shows me the products, if you truely removed the tag from the products then the results should be showing me 0 results.

You need to remove the tag from all the products.

I already removed it multiple times. Please read my first comment. It seems like this word is related to the black color and cannot be removed.

@DillyanaH

I suggest what you do here is export the list of products to the csv option. (Make sure your photos are saved, if you uploaded them directly to the product builder, your photos wont get saved)

Delete all your products on shopify

check the CSV to make sure that tag isnt on there and delete all your tags on your shopify store.

then reupload the CSV back to shopify. This should technically fix your issue as you are started from fresh.

If you need help doing this, let me know.

I did not follow your steps, I just removed the filter from all products again. Hopefully, it will not show up again. I will keep this post updated.
