Replace "refresh" button with "Update Cart" text Simple theme

Hi all

Noob here....

I'm using the Simple theme. When a customer changes the quantity of a product from their cart, they need to press the Refresh button for this to take effect. How can I update the cart so that the button has the words "Update Cart" on it (as the Languages settings shows) rather than the 'circle with an arrow at the end' refresh logo?

Hi all,

Just bumping this in case anyone who hasn't seen it might be able to help. Just wanting to replace the refresh logo with the words "Update Cart" in the shopping cart in the Simple theme.
