Replacing a Blog Title With an Image

Hello!

I would like to place an image behind my blog title. See below for an example, in this image I would like the blog title "DFS Analytics; Feburary 6th 2021" to be in front of the image beneath it. 

Can someone please explain to me what code I need to write to accomplish this?

@AnalyticCity - one option is to add image with title name in blog post backend and using css hide main text title
