SHOPIFY THEME WILL NOT LOAD

Hello. Is anyone else having issues with their Shopify???? My online store and themes will NOT load. It has beendoing this for the past couple of days!!!!! I am getting sooooo annoyed and aggravated and upset with this. When I click on it, it stalls for a LONG time followed by error a message (see below).

Hi, there! 

This is Ren from the Shopify support team, thanks so much for reaching out about this.

 

There is a small noted issue with some stores trying to access their admin via Edge or Internet Explorer browsers, a fix is on the way but in the meantime, can I get you to attempt to access your admin via a different browser and see if that does the trick? 

Please let me know if you manage to gain access!

I am having the same issue. I thought it was something I was doing.  Please address the issue so it can be resolved quickly

Hi Ren

Could you please keep us updated as this is very frustrating.  I just purchased a new computer a couple months ago and I would like to be able to run my shopify store without this issue!  thank you

Hi, @Personallypaws1!

Are you still experiencing the same issue? What browser are you working with? If it's Edge or Microsoft Explorer, can I get you to try on Chrome or Firefox as a first troubleshooting step?

Hello, my Shopify store will not load from one click. It takes me entering the website twice to work. Also this applies to the links within the website as well. I have cleared my caches and it still doesnt work. Please help. My store is www.conniehealthco.com

If not, can you verify the browser you're working with? Have you tried across multiple browsers and systems? On your phone? Does the issue persist? What do you initially see on the first click?
