Setting in the middle Insta feed

Hi everyone!

I have recently installed Insta Feed to my website and I have added code in footer section:

<div id="insta-feed" ></div>

However it doesn't align to middle. I am completly blue when it comes to coding but what I have tried was in theme.scss.liquid add this code:

.div id="insta-feed" {

margin: auto;

}

And the insta feed was in the middle, but other things on website have crashed.

Any suggestions?

@pops889

Your code is wrong. Please try to put the following code.

#insta-feed{
margin: 0 auto;
}

Hope this works.

Thanks!

Hi @dmwwebartisan

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, I have implemented code and it still doesn't work.

What could it be?

It looks pretty centered to me:

It is not centered on your device. Look on email subscrition box.

It is easier to spot on mobile that it goes left.

This is an accepted solution.

There's a bit of padding that's being negated by your "grid" class, it's setting a margin left of -15px which is essentially pushing it to the left 15px. You can use a media query for mobile screen sizes and set some padding on the insta-feed to negate that. Just add this to the bottom of your theme.scss.liquid file in your assets folder:

@media(max-width: 767px){
#insta-feed {
    padding-left: 15px;
}
}
