So basically major profit, but could care less about you as a customer and client. They need a competitor to surpass them that has customer service available readily to clients. GoDaddy and Ebay are awesome for this. Does anyone know a better storefront than Shopify that has easy access such as live chat or a phone number? I'll move my website over before I get too deep into this.
I had awful experiences with eBay support. I guess everybody has different support experiences and pre-conceived assumptions about a particular entity or company. You think Shopify Support is terrible and 500,000 merchants think it's the bees-knees. Maybe pray-tell what happened to you? I'm guessing you needed something done in your store and were told that that is not something they can do and that you should contact an expert?
