Show the total number of customers in the storefront

Is there any way to show the total number of customers in the storefront without an app?

If you're looking for an automated method it's going to need an app of some form.
That data is surfaced in Liquid so the app would need to either pull it, or store the data so Liquid (or JS) can grab it.

What's the use case? Is it like a "join xxxx other customers" kind of messaging or something else? Just not a question I see very often as customer counts are often kept quite private.

No, you can not show customer count without customer API.

you have to use api (https://www.shopify.com/admin/customers/count.json)

I want to show how many customers my store has. Example: We have 1,234 happy customers

And that number is automatically updated.

For that you have to call admin API that i sent you on page load so by this you can get total customer automatically .

You just need to call one API. let me know if you want to do i will guide you.

Hi I found your post and was wondering if you could help me achieve this same thing. I need to somehow know the count of customers we have to display on the front end when "not" logged in. This way the number will be ever-growing as new customers sign up and we can show "Over _____  Happy Customers To Date". 

Can you help any with this?
