Simple theme rows are displaying randomly

Hello,

My "Simple" theme store is displaying the products randomly.

I currently have it set up for three items per row but it is only working on the first row.

I have attached a screen shot.

Thanks for it 

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
