Sticky menu, without sticky header

Hello, 

How can I make my menubar and logo sticky, without making my banner sticky? I tried a couple of codes, but none of them worked. One worked, but my menu went clear, and I want it to be white. 

Can someone help me with this problem?

Yes I did, but the logo bar covers the menu. only the logo is sticky and not the menu.
