There were a few suggestions I did to increase my store speed from 17 to 27 however I'm not able to take it forward. Can somebody please help me.

Hi @Akhil3,

I ran your home and collection pages through our free analysis tool (Shopify Analyzer) and it looks like some improvements could be made related to image optimizations and lazy loading.

Here are links to your full reports if you'd like to check them out:

Image Optimizations

Your oversized image issues look to be coming from your homepage slider. They're loading at 1080px on mobile, but our recommended mobile image size is 960px or less.

If you can reduce the size of your slider images on mobile, it should help to decrease page weight + increase performance.

Lazy Loading

For the images that need to be lazy loaded on your collections pages, I'd refer to our guide: How to Lazy Load Images on Shopify to Make Your Site Faster.

Lazy loading ensures that images above the fold are being loaded right away, while below the fold images aren't loaded until they come into a user's view. This can really help a lot with page performance.

Apps

While you didn't mention anything regarding apps, you might want to look into if any can be uninstalled. 3rd party apps tend to have a pretty large impact on overall performance so it's best to keep the list of your installed apps as small as possible. It's also worth noting that just because an app is uninstalled doesn't mean the code has been removed. You'll want to comb through your main theme files to see if there's any leftover code that can be deleted.

If you'd like to handle these optimizations in-house, we have a great in-depth guide that can help you: How to Optimize a Shopify Site: Complete Guide to Faster Load Speed.
