Streamline by Archetype Doesn't work - Emails not being sent from site

Not sure who can help me here.  I've paid quite a lot of money for this theme, only to now find that emails are not being sent through my site.  I have set my email addresses in my settings, but when I use the "Contact" page and type something up, I do not receive the email.  Also, when I activate the "Ask A Question" section on each of my product pages, if I type a question there I do not receive that email either.


It doesn't look like the designer is answering queries on the forum page for the new theme, so what are my options here?  Obviously, the ability for customers to contact me by email is VERY important!
