Supply Theme- More than 4 Sub collections / nested collections

Hi everyone, 

Newbie here and would like some help with creating sub collections/nested collections ( not sure if it is possible to do more than 4) and im working with the supply theme. 

So for example i have: 

Heiress Inc. , it drops down to another collection ( Elavarasi collection ), then that leads into another collection called "Sarees".

I am trying to add an additional section to sarees where i would have the different products for sarees but i am unable to add it as a sub category.
