Thanks to the community for trying to help out.
This problem is still unsolved and completely open.
The "support guru" from Shopify definitely did not help out (at all). OTM almost got me there, but essentially just had me delete the 'more' drop down on the menu, without keeping the items in that drop down.
Let me know if I need to clarify the problem. We can't launch our site until this is fixed.
