Supply Theme Slideshow, Heading text + Shop Now Button

Hello,

I'm looking to display a hero banner with heading text and a shop now button (similar to Debut Theme's) on the Supply theme. The current theme's slideshow isn't mobile-friendly and doesn't support overlay text and buttons.

Could anyone help me with implementing a complete hero banner, and/or modify the slideshow code? Any help is appreciated.

I'm customizing an unmodified Supply Theme.
