Supply theme - margin above and below images uploaded in WYSIWG editor

Using Supply theme, I have added some images to a page and want them to sit flush top and bottom, but there appears to be a margin above and below the images, and I cant find where it is coming from using the chrome inspector.

 

The gap looks like this on the page:

I have tried to add style="margin:0;" to the individual image tags. How to remove so they sit flush?

Please add following css in theme.scss file located in assets. 

 

.grid-item .rte a{
   display:block;
   line-height:0;
}

Added this to theme.scss and gap is still in between images.
