Switched store to RTL but need certain texts to be aligned left

Hello, 

I have recently made my store RTL (right to left) using an app: RTLMaster

There are some things in my store that I will still be writing in English So I want them to align right, like my product and vendor name. Currently they are aligning left like the rest of the pages. Anyone know how I can fix this with code? I want the product names and vendor to align left.

@ShellyG1 - text can be made left using css classes, but see you may have some text which is RTL and using very same classes, that will create bit conflict.
