Symmetry Theme: How to Hide Page Title from Contact Us, Collection Pages etc

Hi There, I am currently using the Symmetry Theme and was hoping to hide the page titles as it doesn't suit the website well (screenshot & highlight in yellow below). 

If there a code I could include to hide this feature?

You know that hiding main titles (H1 titles) from pages is not good for SEO right? It is a better practice to alter the design ( maybe making them much smaller)
