Text personalization enabled for different theme

Hey there, so we released an app in the shopify store, and our app could allow the users to do the text customisation, so that the merchants could allow their own customers to do the text customisation, but the truth is that we used to make the customisation setup based on the shopify's default theme, however, it doesn't work at all, even though the section is displayed in that PDP, but it cannot be renderd, our developers found it's because the DOM has been changed if the theme changed in Shopify. is there any solution for us to apply the text customisation to all the theme provided in Shopify?
