The word "Head" is at the top of my website

At the top of my website the word "head" is showing. How do I remove it? Please see the below screen shot.

@kekeloves,

1. In your Shopify Admin go to: online store > themes > actions > edit code
2. Find Asset > theme.liquid file

3. Search for >head> Using CTRL + F and 

4. Instead of >head>  add this </head>

@kekeloves,

When editing the theme code, I always strongly recommend duplicating your theme before making changes to your code, to ensure that your customers aren’t affected if you see any unintended results! It is especially important to do this step if you are making changes to your theme.scss.liquid file, since you cannot roll back to an older version after changes are made.

Should I copy the whole list of codes or just where >head> is?
