Translation Available message and footer menu color (Brooklyn)

Please visit my home page from your browser mobile phone at menumovil.me (or laprimeratienda.myshopify.com), and let me know the following two questions:

1) Why does appear the comment Translation Available at the URL address every time I visit a new page in the site? (Please see the top arrow in the attached image)

2) How could I change the footer item menu color (secondary)? I mean, I would like to use a red color for "Información General" link. (Please see the bottom arrow in the attached image).
