Turbo Theme: Remove Image with Text Padding

I'm using turbo theme 4.1.5 and I would like to remove the space in between the image with text section when not in wide width mode. I would like the image and the text box to be touching in the middle and on the bottom. Does anybody have any idea how to achieve this?

Are there any modifications I need to make to the code? I pasted it directly at the bottom of styles.css.liquid but nothing happened.

I don't think understand the #shopify-section-1489284503681 line. Do I need to change this to reference the specific section that I would like to change?
